Wednesday: Ch. 1 Test; Group meeting/turn in workout plan; field workout.
Thursday: Quiz on Muscles; Start Ch. 2 Vocabulary & Notes; Hip Hop Abs.
Friday: WP #2; Continuation of Ch. Notes & Vocabulary; Fitness Test- 25 situps; walk/jog on the track.
