Week of 9/28/15-10/2/15

MONDAY: Chapter 5 notes review with short video clip; Start creating one week eating plan; Cardio training and agility. 

TUESDAY: Complete Ch. 5 notes completed; Create one week workout plan; Student led workout.
WEDNESDAY: Ch. 5 Test; Start creating the fitness portfolio; 2 laps jogged non-stop and stadiums. 
THURSDAY: Chapter 7 vocab; Student led workout.
FRIDAY: Chapter 7 note packet; Fitness Test- leg throws (25) and Pacer (30/40).
