Week of 9/28/15-10/2/15

MONDAY: Chapter 5 notes review with short video clip; Start creating one week eating plan; Cardio training and agility. 

TUESDAY: Complete Ch. 5 notes completed; Create one week workout plan; Student led workout.
WEDNESDAY: Ch. 5 Test; Start creating the fitness portfolio; 2 laps jogged non-stop and stadiums. 
THURSDAY: Chapter 7 vocab; Student led workout.
FRIDAY: Chapter 7 note packet; Fitness Test- leg throws (25) and Pacer (30/40).

MONDAY: Chapter 4 vocab and note review; short obstacle run (track, stairs, hill, towards weight room); 2nd Block make-up student led workout. 
TUESDAY: Complete Ch. 4 Test; Student led workout.
WEDNESDAY: Ch. 5 Vocabulary; Ch. 5 note packet; student led workout. 
THURSDAY: Watch "Fat Boy Chronicles"; Start writing movie analyzations. 
FRIDAY: Complete "Fat Boy Chronicles"; Finish writing movie analyzations; Fitness Test- 1.5 laps jogged; leg workout.

MONDAY: LABOR DAY-NO SCHOOL

TUESDAY: Turn in fooducate info; Complete Ch. 4 notes;  Group consultations to prepare for tomorrow's project presentations; Student led workout.

WEDNESDAY: Ch. 4 Project presentations; Continue physical mid-assessments; circuit-workout

THURSDAY: Continue project presentations; Chapter 4 Review; Student led workouts.

FRIDAY: Writing Prompt #5; Ch. 4 Test; FT- Situps (30) and Pushups (15/25)
