MONDAY: Complete Ch. 3 note packet (1st & 2nd Block); Circuit workout in class; RHR and THR introductions; Fooducate.
TUESDAY: Target Heart Rate calculation; copy lesson 5 slides for Ch. 3 notes; student led workout.
WEDNESDAY: Review Ch. 3; Food log, field workout (line to line w/agilities) or re-evaluate pre-assessment fitness components.
THURSDAY: Ch. 3 Test; Student led workout
FRIDAY: WP# 4; Ch. 4 vocabulary; FT- Pacers (20/30); plank/pushups
