Week of 2/23/15-2/26/15



THIS WEEK WILL CONTINUE OUR FOCUS ON THE SIX ESSENTIAL NUTRIENTS.


MONDAY: Daily warm up; Complete Ch. 4 lesson 3 & 4 notes; FT makeup from last Friday was pushups 15/25; student led workout makeups from last Thursday.

TUESDAY: Daily warm up; Review Ch. 4 via notes and videos;  Ch. 4 games with groups; Student led workout. School delayed 2 hours, no 1st Block. 1st Block will make up items on Wednesday. 

WEDNESDAY: Daily warm up; ; Continue physical mid-assessments; circuit-workout

THURSDAY: Daily warm up; Chapter 4 Review and Test; Student led workouts.

FRIDAY: Create all eating and workout plans; Ch. 5 vocabulary; FT- 2 laps jogged or 5 min jog non-stop
